Text and email reminders will only be sent if a Council Tax payment is missed. If you pay on time or pay by Direct Debit, nothing will change for you.
The messages will contain a secure link to our website payment page that allows you to make a payment quickly and easily.
We understand that residents may be cautious about text messages. The council will never ask for bank details or personal passwords. If you are ever unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact the council directly using the details on our website.
