Berwickshire Neighbourhood Support Fund
The Berwickshire Neighbourhood Support Fund 2024/25 is open, with £50,185 available for local community projects, activities, and one-off events. The fund provides support and assistance with the development of community-based projects and activities for voluntary and community groups that are active in their local area.
Please note, the first funding round will be open until August 2024, with decisions being made at the Berwickshire Area Partnership.
Groups who wish to take forward projects that are of benefit to the local community can apply for grants up to the value of £5,000. Funding can be used for a variety of purposes such as:
- the purchase of equipment
- small capital works
- hire and running costs
- maintenance costs
- capacity building projects
- some salary costs specific to projects
Applications
All applications will be evaluated by an assessment panel which will then make its funding recommendations to the Berwickshire Area Partnership meeting. Application forms are available.
Please make sure you read the guidance notes for information on who is eligible to apply and the assessment sheet to make sure you provide the assessment panel with all the information required, with any supporting documents requested.
