Junior Road Safety Officers
The Junior Road Safety Officer (JRSO) scheme is offered to all primary schools, with many primary schools choosing one P6 and one P7 pupil to help promote road safety issues within the school and local community.
This can mean:
- setting up a road safety notice board
- giving road safety talks in classes and assemblies
- running competitions
- walking initiatives
