Local Area Co-ordination
Our Local Area Co-ordination (LAC) team is for people aged 16 and over who might:
- feel isolated or disconnected from their community
- want support with a specific challenge or life change
- need help navigating resources and local services
We will:
- take time to listen to you
- strengthen your voice and increase your choices
- support you to be in control
- connect you to your community
- build a good life
Our commitment is to:
- work flexibly with you
- encourage you to identify your strengths, look at your goals and think about what you would like to do
- support you to explore your choices and hopes for the future
- work alongside you to increase your social connections in your community
- enable you to build your vision of a good life and increase your wellbeing
How do I find out more?
You don’t need a referral to be introduced to us. Anyone can make an introduction to a Local Area Co-ordinator.
