- Friday: 9:00am to 3:45pm
Visit an Adult Services Office
Our offices are open for public visits at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 12:00 noon and 2:00pm to 4:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am to 12:00 noon and 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Emergency Support Outside Office Hours
If you need urgent help when our offices are closed, please contact the Emergency Out of Hours Team. This service is for emergencies only, including:
- Immediate adult or child protection concerns
- Homelessness or welfare emergencies
- Situations where there is an immediate risk to a person's health or safety
