Making Complaints

What is a complaint

You can raise a complaint if you have an issue with action we've taken, our lack of action, or about the standard of service we've provided.

You can complain about things like

  • delays in responding to your enquiries and requests
  • our standard of service
  • council policy
  • treatment by or attitude of a member of staff
  • our failure to follow proper procedure

We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services, so If something goes wrong or you're unhappy with our services, please tell us.

Comments and suggestions

Sometimes you may just want to comment about our services or make a suggestion without raising a complaint.  Find out more about making a comment or suggestion.
