What is the likely impact for clients?

Clients will see no impact, care will still be provided by the same staff in the same locations. There are no plans to replace the SB Cares brand so uniforms, vehicles and lanyards will still show the SB Cares logo.

How will they know what is happening?

We have already sent a letter to clients, users and families. Clients will receive further communication requesting feedback and areas for improvement as we reintegrate.

Will regular clients remain the same?

Your clients will be the same at the beginning of December as at the end of November.

Will client transport change?

The current arrangements will continue.
