Greener Gateway Community Awards

Settlement Awards

Entry submissions

Following feedback received over the past two years, 2024 will see in-person judging returning for the Settlement Award category. If you wish to enter the Settlement Awards, please complete the relevant Settlement Award form by Friday 31st May 2024.

If you need documents in an alternative format or language, please send an email to the same address.

Along with the in-person judging for the Settlement Award, entrants can also submit supporting documents digitally or as paper copies before their judging date or if preferred, hand to the judge on the day of judging.

The criteria for the awards can be found within the guidelines document.

Digital files, such as images and videos, can be submitted in a variety of ways, including:

  • As downloads through file transfer sites (WeTransfer for example)
  • On a physical drive such as a USB stick
  • As a link via YouTube, Facebook, Flickr page, website or any other similar platform

Judging for the 2024 settlement awards is proposed to take place between Monday 29th July and Friday 9th August.

Submissions will be assessed by an external judge through the in-person visit and any supporting documentation supplied, using the specific criteria for the award.
