Miscellaneous

The foregoing allotment rules and regulations supersede any other rules and regulations previously made in respect of allotment plots on Council owned land within the Scottish Borders area.

The Scottish Borders Council reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations in accordance with the requirements of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
