Changed your car? Let us know
If you already have a parking permit and have changed your vehicle, please get in touch with your updated vehicle details and we’ll arrange a replacement permit for you.
There is a £3 fee for issuing a new permit.
While you’re waiting for your replacement to arrive, please make sure you pay for parking to avoid receiving a penalty notice.
How to make your payment
You can make your payment by calling Customer Services on 0300 100 1800 (option 7).
Alternatively, you can enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to Scottish Borders Council along with your application.
