A direct debit instruction is continuous, this means you do not need to renew it every year.
Can I pay over twelve-months?
Yes, by direct debit you can. To pay over twelve-months (April to March inclusive), please contact customer advice and support services.
Can I change or cancel my direct debit?

A Direct debit can be cancelled at any time at your bank or building society.
What happens if a mistake is made?
