The Neighbourhood Support Fund 2022-23 (previously known as the Community Fund) is now open.
The Neighbourhood Support Fund will assist voluntary and community groups that are active within their communities and who are planning community based projects. Community groups are encouraged to think about how these funds can meet local need to strengthen communities and benefit the lives of people living in the Scottish Borders.
Each of the five Area Partnerships (Berwickshire, Cheviot, Eildon, Teviot and Liddesdale and Tweeddale) will administer a Neighbourhood Support Fund in their area with assessment panels continuing to assess applications and make funding recommendations to Area Partnerships.
See the locality fund in your area for an application form.
You will need to have all supporting documents ready when submitting your application.
Cheviot, Eildon, Teviot and Liddesdale and Tweeddale application forms are now online. This reduces the time that we spend contacting those who have not submitted the required documents and gives us more time to process your application.
If you need help to complete the online form, contact the Communities and Partnership team. If you have received a grant previously, a grant evaluation must be completed before you can apply for a new grant.
The Neighbourhood Support Fund will be operated in line with the principles of best practice and our Code of Practice for following the Public Pound.
