Pay and Display parking changes
As agreed by the Executive Committee in June 2021, we have standardised the daily operational period, tariffs and charges in our pay and display car parks, as well as improving signage.
These changes were finalised through the formal Traffic Regulation Order process and came into effect on 1 February.
Details of the new arrangements can be found below.

Galashiels
From 1 February the following arrangements will apply in these pay and display car parks:
- High Street
- Stirling Place
- Stirling Street
- Ladhope Vale
- Hall Place
Charges applicable Monday to Saturday inclusive - 8.30am – 5.00pm
