ReConnect - women's support service
ReConnect is a service for women who may be at risk of offending.
The service supports women to:
- build confidence and self-esteem
- challenge negative thinking
- work on communication skills
- improve their health and wellbeing
- understand their behaviour and how to make changes
- link in with various services and community projects
- try new experiences.
The service provides:
- a chance to think about your life and the skills you may need for the future
- opportunities to engage in wellbeing support
- access to services who attend ReConnect
- opportunities to engage in group work
- access into a psychological education course looking at the normal reactions to trauma and coping strategies.
