Huntlaw and Muirfield Farm access rights byelaw

A copy of the relevant byelaw, plan and supporting statement are available to download.

Any objections to the byelaws must be made in writing stating the title of the byelaws and the grounds of objection and addressed to Environment and Forestry Directorate, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ or biodiversity@gov.scot by 5 December 2025.

Copies of objections can also be sent to legal@scotborders.gov.uk.
