Make an application to the Neighbourhood Support Fund

Using this form

Use this form to make an application to the Neighbourhood Support Fund.

You'll need the following information ready for your group before you can submit your application:

  • your written constitution or operating rules
  • signed and audited annual accounts dated within the last 15 months
  • a bank statement dated within the last three months
  • financial breakdown of your project
  • appropriate permission if your project involves work to a building or land
  • your equalities policy or statement and if applicable a sustainability policy 
  • appropriate number of quotes for each item you're applying for - if you are unable to provide the required number of quotes please contact us prior to starting this form for advice.
