Use this form to make a Long Term Empty reduction application. 

We'll only consider application's for the Long Term Empty discount for properties unoccupied up to 24 months.

We may be able to provide advice on properties unoccupied longer than 24 months.

You will need to provide evidence to support your application. You can submit your application without evidence and provide this at a later date, however this may delay your application being assessed.

Evidence required:

  • proof that renovations or repairs are being undertaken by the owner with a view to the building being brought back into use, OR;
  • proof the property is actively being marketed for sale or rent
