Changes to services over the festive period

As normal there will be changes to our Customer Advice and Support Service over the Christmas and New Year period.

Contact Centres and Library Contact Centres

The following Contact Centres will be open:

Christmas Eve (24 December)

• Hawick and Galashiels Contact Centres - 10am-12noon and 1pm to 3pm
• Peebles Contact Centre - 10am-12noon and 2pm-3pm
• Eyemouth Contact Centre - 9.30am-12.30pm

Jedburgh, Kelso, Duns, Coldstream and Innerleithen will be closed.

After Christmas

• Hawick and Galashiels Contact Centres - 29, 30 and 31 December from 10am to 12 noon
• Kelso Library Contact Centre - 29 December from 10am to 4pm
• Coldstream Library Contact Centre - 29 December from 10am to 2pm
• Innerleithen and Duns Library Contact Centres - 30 December from 10am to 4pm

Jedburgh, Eyemouth and Peebles Contact Centres and Library Contact Centres will be closed from 25 December and will reopen as per the below:

5 January

• Hawick and Galashiels Contact Centres - 10am-12noon and 1pm-3pm
• Jedburgh Library Contact Centre - 10am-12noon and 2pm-5pm
• Kelso Library Contact Centre - 10am-4pm
• Duns Library Contact Centre -12.30pm-5pm
• Coldstream Library Contact Centre - 10am-2pm
• Peebles Contact Centre - 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm

Innerleithen and Eyemouth Contact Centres and Library Contact Centres will be closed.

Outwith these times, our emergency out of hours number 01896 752111 will operate.
