Internal reviews

As part of Fit for 2024, we will be undertaking a consistent review across every service to ensure we are structured in a way which can meet future demands. 

This means every aspect of how we deliver will be under intense scrutiny and subject to change:

  • structure
  • management
  • workforce
  • business processes
  • productivity

Job roles, team structures and pay scales will be reviewed in order to make necessary changes to embed consistency and flexibility across the organisation. 

This will be sponsored by each Service Director but will be led by an objective review team which includes officers from key corporate services and other non-service specific challenge.

CMT Roadshows 

The Corporate management team (CMT) are coming out to visit staff across all areas to brief staff about Fit for 2024 and take on board their views. CMT have already been out and about in June 2019 meeting over 200 staff.  Find out when CMT are coming to a location near you.

SBScene and new Staff webpages

Staff are being encouraged to keep up to date via the monthly staff emagazine available from the staff website area and send us any ideas for change to yourpart.
