What is happening with IT development?
- our aim is to make better use of digital to allow us to streamline services and allow us to spend more time with those who need it most
- we continue to work with CGI on a digital programme
- some of the initiatives that we are working on include Digital Customer Access (customer portal) and improving the linkages between some of our other systems
- as a member of staff, we would expect you to look at different options for attending meetings for example
- this will also help reduce travel, contributing to both savings and the environment
