Are teacher posts protected?
All posts and roles will be treated in the same way, although we will be mindful of any requirements from Scottish Government or other statutory bodies, such as statutory requirements around teacher numbers.
How will these changes affect Education?
- we will be looking for schools to take advantage of the opportunities from Inspire Learning for example, encourage communication/payment through digital means
- we will always be looking at ways to deliver services and focus on where we can do things more efficiently without compromising on the quality of our service
