Please be aware any adaptations to the original bathroom and/or kitchen to help with the home being more accessible, will not qualify you for the award.
If you're requesting a backdate on the reduction, you're required to submit evidence. Examples of acceptable evidence include but aren't limited to:
- building plans
- social work assessments
- photos
- work quotes
You can still submit your application without evidence, however this may delay your application being processed.
