Use this form to report antisocial behaviour.
A person is involved in antisocial behaviour if they:
- act in a way that causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress to anyone; or
- behave in a way that causes or is likely to cause alarm and distress to at least one person not of the same household as them.
This behaviour must have occured on at least two occasions.
You will need to tell us:
- your name, address, email and phone number
- where the problem is happening
- the name of the person causing the problem
We will also ask you to complete a incident diary sheet (opens in new window) to help us gather evidence of the behaviour. If you have a copy of this, you can upload it using this form, otherwise we'll request it later. We'll be unable to proceed with the report without an incident diary.
