Use this form to apply for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure relief.
15% relief is available for specified properties capped at £110,000 per year per ratepayer.
An additional top‑up is available, bringing the total relief to 40% for specified hospitality businesses – Hotels & Hostels, Live Music Venues, Public Houses & Nightclubs & Restaurants (including cafes, coffee shops, bistros etc).
To complete this form you will need to have the following information:
- NDR account number or property reference number
- companies house reference number or charity reference number (if applicable)
Ratepayers will also be required to make a declaration to ensure that they do not exceed £110,000 of this relief award.
The list of whole or main property uses that may be eligible for relief are set out in schedule one of the Non-Domestic Rates (Coronavirus Reliefs) (Scotland) Regulations 2021.
