Use this form to apply for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure relief.
50% relief is available for the first three months of the 2022-23 financial year (1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022), capped at £27.5k per ratepayer.
To complete this form you will need to have the following information:
- NDR account number or property reference number
- companies house reference number or charity reference number (if applicable)
Ratepayers will also be required to make a declaration to ensure that they do not exceed £27.5k of this relief award.
The list of whole or main property uses that may be eligible for relief are set out in schedule one of the Non-Domestic Rates (Coronavirus Reliefs) (Scotland) Regulations 2021.
