Local residents have until Friday 19 December to put forward names for the Tweeddale Citizen of the Year Award 2025.
Since its introduction in 1991, the award recognises members of the local community who have gone the extra mile to benefit the area and played a significant part in community life.
2024 winner
Ross McGinn was honoured with the 2024 award for his many years of devoted voluntary service to the Innerleithen community. For 17 years, he led the Innerleithen Community Council and for 19 years, the Innerleithen Community Trust.
