Our Financial Inclusion Team has successfully achieved accreditation under the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible welfare benefits advice and support to residents across the Borders.
The accreditation process, led by the Scottish Legal Aid Board, involved a rigorous audit of our service standards, casework procedures, and community engagement.
The Financial Inclusion Team is a dedicated service that offers advice and support on welfare benefits and financial matters to residents across the region.
