We're supporting the Scottish Government’s recently launched recruitment drive that aims to encourage more people to consider a career in Adult Social Care.

The campaign – titled ‘There’s More To Care Than Caring’ – highlights the vitally important contribution made by those working in the sector. It also showcases the variety of roles available as well as the training and career progression opportunities that a job in Adult Social Care can provide.

Information is also available on the national CaretoCare.scot website which includes a downloadable guide that anyone looking to join the Adult Social Care profession will find informative and useful.

Councillor David Parker, Executive Member for Health and Wellbeing

“There has never been a more important time for people who are interested in joining Adult Social Care to find out more about the range of opportunities and benefits this could bring.

“If you would like to be part of a team that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives, with all the rewards that come with being part of such a valued profession, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to find out more.”
