Support into employment

Proud to Care recruitment campaign

It's well known that Scotland urgently needs more people to work in health and social care. The Proud to Care campaign was developed by the Capital City Partnership and the six local authorities involved in the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Deal (Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Fife and the Scottish Borders).

A series of informative videos have been created that showcase a range of inspirational individuals who each share their experience of working in social care and how they believe they make a difference, every day, to the lives of the people they support.
