All stated fees include the fees set by the Registrar General for Scotland and by ourselves and include one copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate.

• Religious/Belief System marriage: £100.00
• Certificate of No Impediment: £45.00
• Advance Booking Deposit (non-refundable): £100.00
• Civil Partnership conversion to Marriage by administration route only: £45.00

Registrars Office         

• Civil Marriage/Civil Partnership in office during office hours - (Monday to Thursday) max 4 people*: £155.00
• Civil Partnership Registration in office during office hours (no ceremony) (Monday to Friday) max 4 people*: £155.00
• Civil Marriage/Civil Partnership in Registrar's office (Monday to Friday)*: £357.00
• Civil Marriage/Civil Partnership in Registrar's office (Saturday)*: £483.00
• Civil Marriage/Civil Partnership in office (Sunday or Public Holiday & Festive Period)*: £518.00          

Venue 

• Civil Marriage/Civil Partnership (Monday - Saturday): £483.00

Certificates/Extracts

• Full extract of Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnership requested at the time of registration: £10.00
• Full extract of Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnership requested 1 month from registration: £15.00
• Express Service Full extract of Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnership if ordered before 3pm: £25.00
• Family History Research (£15 per hour and part there of): £15.00
• Scotlands People paper print: £3.00

Commitment Ceremony - office or venue        

• Commitment Ceremony during office hours (Monday to Saturday)*: £305.00
• Commitment Ceremony (Sunday or Public Holiday & Festive Period)*: £426.00      

Baby Naming and Renewal of Vows ceremonies - office or venue       

• Non-religious ceremony during office hours (Monday to Saturday)*: £242.00
• Non-religious ceremony (Sunday or Public Holidays & Festive Period)*: £305.00   

Citizenship     

• A Private Ceremony: £98.00

*Note: A non-refundable booking deposit of £100.00 is required for civil marriage, civil partnership ceremonies and non-religious ceremonies outwith 3 months. This is included in the pricing shown above.
