Key Lines for clients/client families:
- Due to ongoing NHS Contact Tracing we have a small number of home care staff who are receiving precautionary testing. These employees will not be working until negative test results are received
- Contingency arrangements are in place to ensure continuity of service provision. This may mean you receive a different carer to normal
- We are confident in the compliance of staff with all necessary PPE guidance, particularly as staff received a very recent briefing on this matter
- As is always the case, the need for precautionary testing of service users will be considered but is not being proposed presently
- As a further precaution at this time, SB Cares is asking if you would be willing to wear a face mask during carer visits to your home
