Brief overview of the variation applied for - Amendments to Operating Plan as follows:-
Q2 - Change On Sale hours to 11am - 10pm Monday to Sunday (currently Monday to Saturday).
Q3 - Change Off-Sale hours to 10am to 10pm Monday to Sunday (currently Monday to Saturday).
Q4 – Seasonal Variation - change wording of seasonal variation to read ‘Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day open until 1.00 am or in line with any Board Policy’.
Q5 – Activities -
• the addition to the permitted activities referred to in question 5 (columns 2, 3 & 4) of the Operating Plan, to include receptions (including weddings, funerals, birthdays, retirements etc), recorded music, televised sport, both within and outwith core hours;
• the addition to the permitted activities referred to in question 5 (columns 2 & 3) of the Operating Plan, to include gaming within core hours; and
• the addition to the permitted activities referred to in question 5 (column 4) of the Operating Plan, to include club or other group meetings.
Q.6 - Children & Young Persons – change wording of terms of entry to read ‘Children accompanied by an appropriate adult for the purpose of light refreshments, dining or attending a pre-arranged private function. Young Persons for the same purpose, but without the requirement of being accompanied’.
Q.7 – Capacity – amend capacity for the premises to include the external licensed area.
Change name of licensed premises from ‘Rhymers Tower’ to 'Abbey Fine Wines’.
