Amendments to the licence, operating and layout plans to include the following:-
• at question 5(f) (any other activities) of the operating plan the additional wording of - ‘A home delivery shopping service may be operated from the store’ and to then read :-
‘The sale of food and non-food items and other ancillary services both within and outwith core hours. Normal shop opening hours 7.00am – 10.00pm. A home delivery shopping service may be operated from the store’; and
• at question 7 - an increase in the capacity of the alcohol display area to 19.5m2 from 5.03m2 (due to proposed internal refurbishment of the store).
