The premises are a ground floor retail unit with residential property above, situated in Kelso Town Centre. The premises consists of a seating area, serving counter, kitchen, toilet and storage area. It will operate as a coffee shop during daytime (until 5pm), whereupon the business model will change to a bistro style restaurant. The proposal being to sell alcohol on an On and Off-Sale basis, however alcohol will generally, but not exclusively be sold to accompany food.
