Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership is holding a consultation on health and social care locality plans which have been developed for Berwickshire, Cheviot, Eildon, Teviot and Liddesdale and Tweeddale. There is a plan for each of the five localities and each plan outlines the area profile of the locality, what services currently exist and what the key priorities are for improving health and social care services for each locality.
They have been developed in collaboration with Locality Working Groups and other key stakeholders and outlines areas for action which are linked to the key priorities for each locality and will assist in the overall delivery of the Partnership’s Strategic Plan. - Department
