- A licence is required for the use of premises for the carrying on of a business which consists to any extent of the taking of bookings, by any means of communication from members of the public for the hire of a relevant vehicle. “Relevant vehicles” are licensed taxis and private hire cars.

- £271 - Fees cover costs involved in the application process and are non refundable. You should note that after payment, full consideration and processing, your licence may not be granted. The application fee will not be refunded to you even if your licence is not granted.
