Youth music initiative
We currently receive funding from Creative Scotland's Youth Music Initiative.
This funding is used in primary schools to provide:
- free music activities
- opportunities for all pupils to participate in music
- classroom based music experiences
Some of the projects that have been funded by YMI include:
- The Big Drum Adventure
- SONGJAM!
- Class bands
- Choirs
- Guitar clubs
- Gie It Laldie - choral performance
- Traditional Song and Music workshops
- Learn to play fiddle
