Our online payment service will take you to a secure site run by Civica, our payments provider, who encrypt all your information including card numbers, names and addresses.
We also use 3DSecure, an additional security service supported by Verified by Visa® and MasterCard® SecureCode™. This is an added level of protection for making payments via the internet. You must register with the issuer of your payment card to benefit from this additional security.
Registered users will be asked a security question that will verify the user before the payment is processed.
If you are not registered, you may be asked to register your card before continuing with your payment (depending upon your card issuer). You can choose not to register your card at this time, however we may not be able to take your payment. If this occurs, you can phone us on 0300 100 1800 and select option six to make a telephone assisted payment.
