Question 2 - On sales
Change Sunday core opening hour from 12 noon to 11.00am.

Question 4- Seasonal variation
Change No to Yes and add wording ‘Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day open until 1.00am or within any other Licensing Board Policy’.
Question 5 – Activities
Change Columns 2,3 and 4 from NO to YES for Recorded music, Live music, Theatre, Films, Televised sport and Outdoor drinking facilities.
Change Column 2 and 3 from NO to YES for Gaming.
Add wording – Outdoor drinking will terminate at 10.00pm
Question 5 (f) – change wording to read - Any other activity normally associated with a fully licensed hotel and coffee shop including breakfasts which normally commence at 7.00am.
Question 6 - Children and Young Persons
Terms of access – change wording to read ‘Children and Young Persons will be allowed entry as residents.
Children will be allowed entry, in the company of an adult, for the purpose of dining, having light snacks, visiting the art displays and coffee shop or attending a pre-arranged function.
Young persons will be allowed entry for the above purposes but without the requirement of being accompanied.’
Times of access - change wording to read ‘As residents at all times. Children and young persons who are non-resident status will be allowed entry for above purposes until 10.00pm
Children and young persons who are attending a pre-arranged function will be permitted to stay until the end of the core hours.’
Layout Plan
The premises will include an outside patio area in the licence footprint with condition that outdoor drinking will cease at 10.00pm. The premises existing rooms will now incorporate a coffee shop and gallery area previously used as a conservatory.
Description of Premises
Change description of premises to read ‘three storey detached guest house in the centre of Eyemouth consisting of dining room/lounge, conservatory with coffee shop, art displays and letting bedrooms all with normal service areas.’
Objections
