Limiting the scope to just 1 nursery, Ednam, please can you provide all internal communications sent or received internally by Scottish Borders Council staff concerning mothballing or the classification of this setting as inactive or compositing the ELC and primary school classes, between 1 November 2024 and the date of this request. This should be limited to internal emails (including attachments) which can be searched on your email server against the key terms “inactive”, “mothball”, “composite”, "compositing" and only in relation to Ednam as 1 nursery. Please note: I understand that names or personal identifiers may be redacted in line with data protection obligations.
