Please provide all correspondence, notes, minutes of meetings, and any other material that exists in relation to the recently-announced decision to reduce the number of teachers at Heriot Primary School in Heriot. Dates of any material should be included in this information.
Response
Email attached which has the projected roll figures for Heriot PS sent on the 22nd May. The Headteacher was informed that a staff member would need to be redeployed due to falling roll numbers on 30th May. As part of normal annual staffing reviews, short meetings took place on 4th and 5th June to confirm arrangements between the Headteacher, officers and business support colleagues confirming the staffing arrangements for Heriot PS.
