You recently informed me there were no Equality Impact Assessments done for the New Earlston primary pertaining to the gender neutral toilets. Please could I view the Equality Impact Assessments in relation to all gender neutral toilets installed in the following new build / built schools in the Scottish Borders.

Please find links to all the published IIAs and there is an annual summary within the financial plan capital programme of the assessments for each project.
