Please can you send me a copy of the relevant approved policy document and report produced last year as part of the early years education review that resulted in the temporary closure of Fountainhall and Westruther nurseries. Can you also send me a list of all SBC nurseries with the following information for each: staffing levels, total enrolled children for academic years 24/25 and 25/26, available capacity for children for years 24/25 and 25/26
Response
This is the first year that a report has been taken to council so the report relating to previous operational processes does not exist, therefore we respond in part under Section 17; information not held. I have attached the process flowchart and guidance from last year.
Please find attached list of all SBC nurseries.
