In relation to mediation: - 2 cases - Since 9th July for both - 2022-23 5450 /2023-24 7850/ 2024-25 5450
In relation to tribunals: - The number of active cases currently at tribunal for ASN Two active cases and one sisted case - Since 9 April 2025 Two remaining cases July 2025 - The costs to the council in each of the last three years for engagement in tribunals 2025 - 780 Otherwise only inhouse representation has been used so these costs cannot be quantified. -
