All information on suspected fraudulent activity by parents or guardians in their attempts to secure a place for a child at a school in your area in each of the last three years, i.e. 2023, 2024 and so far in 2025. This should include the number of times applicants? home addresses have been visited by your fraud investigators, including the first 3 digits of their postcode, the number of applications for places rejected due to suspected fraud plus a summary of your most common grounds for refusal.
