- (1) Have SBC employees Grace Frew, Lesley Munro, or Christian Robertson been involved in any dispute or subject to any complaint relating to consultation or meeting records (such as minutes or notes) at Fountainhall Primary School or Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) setting since January 2024? Please provide copies of any formal disputes or complaints received about their involvement in minute-taking, editing, or record-keeping ? including in cases where they were not present at the meeting in question.(2) Since June 2023, how many Parent Councils or Community Councils have formally rejected, disputed, or refused to endorse SBC-prepared meeting minutes, notes, or summaries from meetings concerning mothballing schools or making ELCs ?inactive?? For each instance, please provide: The name of the Parent or Community Council involved. The nature of the dispute. How the disagreement was communicated to SBC (e.g. by email, letter, or meeting note).

1) Nil
(2) Ednam Parent Council, via email, said they formally rejected the notes of a meeting held on 9th May in the school as being ?inaccurate and disproportionate summary of discussion? and Cockburnspath Parent Council, also via email, and also referring to a meeting held in the school, disputed the quality of the note of the meeting claiming these were ?not reasonable or reliable? and ?containing typos?.
