I am requesting information about the production of documents published for the Executive Committee Meeting held at 2pm on 6th June 2025. Specifically, please provide: 1) *Creation and Review History* A detailed history of the creation, drafting, review, and finalisation of all documents included for public distribution. This should include: - Time and date stamps for key stages of document development drafts. - The identities and roles of individuals involved in creating, editing, or reviewing the documents. - Version Control Any version history or version control records showing the progression of drafts, including tracked changes, edit histories, or similar.
2) *Internal Draft Correspondence* Copies of internal emails between staff relating to the preparing, reviewing, or approving the report pack documents. This should cover the period from 1 April 2025 to 6 June 2025, and relate to the content, accuracy, legal implications, or publication strategy of the documents.
3) *Metadata* Any available metadata from word processing or document management systems (e.g. Microsoft Word properties) showing authorship, modification dates, and reviewing users.
4) *Sign off Process* Records of formal approval processes, including internal submission checklists, sign-off records, or meeting notes confirming final clearance for publication and collation into the final public PDFs.
5) *Legal or Communications Review* Details of any input provided by Legal Services, the Communications Team, or the Senior Leadership Team ? including tracked changes, comments, or summaries of feedback ? during the drafting or approval of the report pack, with date/timestamps. Please note that this request refers to the preparation and review of the base documents themselves, rather than the technical process of converting files into PDF format for public release on 2nd June. - Response
- The Director of Education and Lifelong Learning wrote the original report, there are no drafts or any other versions held by the Council.
