I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 in relation to probationer teachers employed through the Teacher Induction Scheme in your authority for the 2024?25 academic year. 1. The total number of probationer teachers who began their placement with your authority in August 2024, split by: * Primary * Secondary
2. The total number of probationer teachers who have left their placement with your authority before completing the probationary year, from August 2024 to the date of this request.
Please include: * Resignations * Non-attendance / early withdrawal * Any other form of early exit
3. If recorded, the reasons given for any early leavers or dropouts (e.g. workload, career change, health, relocation, etc.). - Response
