- 1. How many incidents involving vaping in schools in your local authority have been reported in each of the past 5 academic years.

- Incidents are recorded in a pupils? Pastoral Notes on Seemis and cannot be filtered for this. This task would take a considerable amount of time to complete and would exceed the threshold of cost incurred in responding to an FOI request, and we therefore apply section 12 of FOISA. Additionally, not all schools keep records of this on individual files or elsewhere, it will be part of the every-day good order and running of a school
