- Why did yetholm ELC stop offering places for paying 2 year olds to attend?

- Non funded 2-year-old places were only available where staff and space was available. Due to Care Inspectorate staffing ratios an additional member of staff would have been required to care for any additional 2 year old children at Yetholm so no space is available to accommodate non funded children.
