- 1/ Copies of any Equality Impact Assessments (EQIAs) conducted by or for schools under your Council?s jurisdiction regarding the Supporting Transgender Young People in Schools: Guidance for Scottish Schools (Link 1), since its publication in 2021, focusing on impacts on pupils with the following protected characteristics: Religion or Belief (including gender-critical beliefs), Disability and Age. 2/ If no such EQIAs exist, please confirm whether the Council has advised schools to conduct them since 2021.
